I ordered this for the first time and also did a subscription at the same time. I will give you the recipe for how I take it and it is how I start my morning. I gave up coffee at least 30 years ago and have no regrets. I never wake up feeling like I can't get going without my coffee fix anymore. I wake up like I did when I was young. Hooray! But I do like the idea of having something warm in my hands, the morning ritual we all get used to. I tried tea but it wasn't the answer. Don't get me wrong, I love tea and will have a cup of black tea after my first meal, followed by a cup of green tea after my second meal and a cup of herbal tea in the evening. So after many years, trial and error I found my answer. Now, to be clear, I've tried cacao drinks too and enjoyed them but it felt a little off and the organic mixes were expensive. So, I now have much better control over my ingredients and am very happy. Here is what I do. I have a big mug (12 oz hot water) and as the electric kettle is heating my water, I start my mixture in my mug. I add 1 heaping.TBSP of organic cacao (Navitas) to my mug, 1 scoop of your mushroom blend, a pinch of Colima salt ((raw, unprocessed, certified plastic free) which is a mineral salt from Mexico. I will never use any other salt again and I won't add salt to recipes. I use Colima salt as a finisher on my food. I then add 1 TBSP of raw honey, certified glychphsate free to my mug. Then, I add the hot water and stir. Now recently I have added 6 drops of Lugol's Iodine/iodide solution to my mug and stir once more. It is essential when taking the iodine solution to take a raw mineral salt (unprocessed salt - no chemicals or anti caking agent). Processed salt has been stripped of all minerals and then synthetics added back in). Not only does this taste good, give you back the morning routine we all love with a hot mug, but wow, it gives you a sense of fullness and sustains you for hours without the jitters. No caffeine surge. It's a mineral rich concoction and so very healthy. I love, love the mushroom blend as part of this drink as it offers other benefits that are very good for you. I am super pleased to have found your blend! And, the packaging is high class, just gorgeous. Now, do you sell your honey? I take a spoonful of raw honey, by mouth, every day even before I enjoy my mug. And after my mug I take two capsules of moringa powder. More energy! And I consider the raw honey, by mouth, and moringa to be my multi vitamins. Honey is a 100% complete food for the human body. I am not on prescription drugs. I take other supplements for gut health, brain health and a vitamin B-12 orgainic plant based tincture under my tongue every morning before my mug of yum. Always learning!
I absolutely love this mushroom blend in my morning coffee or just with honey. I have not changed anything to my daily routine and have only been using this for just under 2 weeks and I have more energy, no more afternoon crashes and my sleep has improved as I now sleep through the night.
I am definitely noticing more clarity of mind. My body seemed to crave this wonderful blend. I have my room mate hooked on it too!
