I bought the Bee Attuned Mushroom Blend because I wanted something natural to take for my cognitive health. So far I'm loving the taste and I'm noticing a huge difference with my memory. I will be purchasing more!!
I have taken the mushroom blend for a week and it has made me extremely sleepy in the afternoon at work. I take one scoop in my coffee first thing in the morning. I was hoping it would give me energy. Can you suggest a way for me to use t or different frequency?

I have been mixing mine with coconut yogurt and cinnamon honey. It tastes amazing. I have tried a few different mushroom blends and this is by far my favorite.
I've only been taking this for about a month. I do feel that it has helped with the foggy feeling in my brain and maybe the stiffness of my joints. I'm going to continue and see if I continue to feel better.
